LD's returns - you had not been forgotten - merely very busy with other club matters which needed to be resolved.
We return on Tuesday 20th Sep @ 6.30pm at Bridge St FC Ground in Clay Cross.
From Wingerworth turn left at the new Tesco Store forecourt - go up to the traffic lights before the new Tesco Store BUT turn left - do not cross over to the Store.
Follow the road down - the ground is on the LHS past the waste company and opposite a car sales garage. It is not far. Park on the LHS of the road and go through the steel gate.
This is a grass pitch with floodlights ideal for training rather than indoors or on the astro.
The boys should wear boots (preferably not metal studs); shinpads and tracksuit bottoms not shorts etc. Need to be wrapped up now Autumn is upon us. Need a drink - them not me!
LDs this year, U7's next year for most of them and therefore look forward to a couple of parents stepping forward to take the group on at U7. Don'r be shy.
VIP NEWS: Mr Adrian Anderson has kindly volunteered to take the lead on LD's with me as his assistant for as long as needed. Ade is an FA Level 1 Coach and has passed through LD's with his sons Isaac (U10) and Dominic (U8).
